Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
The I.A.S.T.M. Techniques use specialized
instruments to detect and treat scar tissue.
Instruments effectively break down fascial
restrictions and scar tissue in order to reduce
pain and restore function.

Patients usually receive two treatments per week
for four-five weeks. Most respond with positive
results within two to three treatments.

I.A.S.T.M. provides the following benefits:
Repetitive motion produced an inflammation process, which
over time results in chronic pain. This inflammation process
also produces scar tissue, which creates muscular imbalances,
resulting in decreased performance.
